Bread Baker at Nosagie Holdings

Responsibilities

• Prepare and mix dough using correct proportions of flour, yeast, water, and other ingredients.
• Operate and monitor baking equipment such as mixers, ovens, and proofers.
• Shape, mold, and portion dough to specified weights and sizes.
• Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure proper texture, color, and quality.
• Inspect finished bread products for quality, ensuring they meet company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, equipment, and baking area.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards stictly.
• Maintain inventory of baking ingredients and report shortages in a timely manner.
• Assist in packaging and labeling baked goods as needed.
• Work with the bakery team to meet daily production targets and minimize waste.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a FSLC / HND / OND / Bachelor's Degree with 5 - 15 years work experience.
