    Brands and Marketing Manager

    Location: Ogba, Lagos

    Responsibilities

    • Develop a brand communication strategy for TRANOS that will be aligned with the company’s brand identity.
    • Be responsible for the strategic direction of the brand in line with the company’s vision, mission, objectives, and brand identity.
    • Take ownership of the company’s brand development and come up with programs and initiatives to ensure the growth of the company’s brand equity.
    • Work collaboratively with other stakeholders in Sales and Engineering to develop product catalogues, flyers, and company brochure to aid the Sales Team in selling the company’s products and services.
    • Manage the company's online presence (Website, Online PR and Social Media Platforms) and assets in order to create awareness for the organization and its products, Engage with its customers, Generate new leads and work with the Sales Team to close these leads.
    • Oversee market research and ensure full use of market and other research information.
    • Design and develop a brand and communications strategy for Tranos ensuring its alignment with the company’s values and missions.

    Requirements

    • 7+ years of Marketing and Brands Communications or experience.
    • Passionate and proactive about Marketing and Brands development and motivated to make a real impact.
    • Experience in running and working on multiple projects with the ability to prioritize and work under pressure with good time management skills.
    • Excellent communication abilities.
    • Well-developed commercial skills with a customer-focused attitude.
    • Ability to measure impacts and results and generate meaningful conclusions from data sources.
    • Ability to monitor, evaluate and communicate collated results to a wider audience.
    • The ideal candidate must be forward-thinking and progressive; able to liaise and network with a range of stakeholders, e.g. customers, Marketing and Sales colleagues, Engineering and Production Teams.
