Role Description

• This is a full-time hybrid role for a Brand Strategist, based in Lagos with some remote work flexibility.
• The Brand Strategist will develop and implement innovative branding strategies to strengthen brand identity, ensure consistent communication, and achieve business objectives.
• Responsibilities include conducting market analysis, identifying target audience insights, managing and overseeing branding initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align creative outputs with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Brand Strategy, Branding, and Brand Development
• Experience with Brand Management and maintaining strong brand identity
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate marketing trends and campaign results
• Ability to work both collaboratively in a team and independently in a hybrid environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus
• Must have previous agency experience
