Our client, a fashion brand in Lagos is looking for an experience Brand/Marketing professional to join the team.

Overview

Brand & Marketing Associate will help brand positioning, campaign, and audience interaction to grow brands. Creativity, strategic insights, and a high knowledge of fashion marketing are required in this role to develop awareness of the brand and loyalty in customers.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
• Assist in creating content, including social media, email marketing, and website content.
• Conduct market research, trend tracking, and competitor analysis.
• Collaborate with influencers, stylists, and media partners to build brand awareness.
• Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide insights for optimization.
• Assist in planning events, brand activations, and product launches.
• Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints and marketing collateral.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of brand marketing experience, preferably fashion.
• Strong awareness of social media, content marketing, and storytelling for brands.
• Proficiency with marketing tools for Google Analytics.
• Good communication, project management, and organizational skills are a must.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and an interest in fashion and branding are required.
