Job Purpose

• The Brand Marketer is responsible for leading brand marketing activities and managing multiple marketing programs across the company’s media platforms.
• He/she will be in charge of managing, coordinating and reporting all digital marketing campaign activities as assigned.

Job Description

• Create and execute marketing strategies focused on leveraging social media platforms.
• Develop engaging content, manage brand campaigns to sell the company’s products and services.
• Staying abreast of the travel industry trends to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Accountable for managing a variety of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness and distribution.
• Assist in the development of annual, long- and short-term marketing strategy and plans.
• Develop and manage marketing programs and partner integration for industry marketing.
• Periodic reporting on brand performance as required by management.
• Maintain the company’s public image through the implementation of marketing initiatives
• Build relationships with influencers, journalists and media outlets to foster brand visibility.
• Oversee social media accounts and ensure brand consistency
• Complete research into industry trends and public perception
• Aid in the creation of marketing and advertising campaigns and strategies to strengthen the brand identity
• Perform other duties and tasks assigned by management.

Competencies Required

• Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Marketing or Management is ideal.
• At least 2 years’ experience in this role or in a similar role.
• ProficencywithMicrosoftofficepackage such as Work, Excel.
• High level of commitment and enthusiasm.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and to manage competing priorities
• Strong organization skills with a problem- solving attitude
• Attentiontodetail.
• High level of integrity, honesty and creativity
