    Brand Manager (Beauty Division)

    Job Description

    • The Brand Manager will play a critical role in shaping, elevating, and commercialising the Zentaii brand across all consumer touchpoints. This role combines strategic brand development, impactful storytelling, consumer insight, and commercial thinking to strengthen brand equity, drive market relevance, and support revenue growth.
    • The Brand Manager will oversee day-to-day brand operations, develop integrated marketing campaigns, maintain brand consistency across channels, and leverage consumer insights to influence marketing, product, and commercial decisions. The role requires a balance of creativity, analytical thinking, and strong cross-functional collaboration.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Brand Strategy & Market Positioning

    • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with the company’s vision, growth objectives, and commercial goals.
    • Define and strengthen Zentaii’s positioning within the skincare market, ensuring differentiation and long-term brand relevance.
    • Conduct regular consumer, category, and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions and brand direction.
    • Maintain and enhance brand tone, voice, visual identity, and communication guidelines across all platforms.

    Brand Narrative & Storytelling

    • Develop and refine Zentaii’s brand narrative, ensuring it clearly communicates the brand’s purpose, values, and unique positioning.
    • Ensure consistent brand storytelling across digital platforms, retail environments, wholesale partnerships, PR initiatives, and experiential activations.
    • Monitor cultural trends, skincare movements, and consumer behaviours to keep brand messaging relevant and compelling

    Campaign Strategy & Execution (360° Marketing)

    • Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand activations.
    • Ensure consistent messaging across digital marketing, social media, PR, influencer collaborations, retail, and experiential channels.
    • Track campaign performance against defined KPIs such as engagement, traffic, brand awareness, and sales uplift.
    • Continuously optimize campaigns to improve reach, consumer engagement, and commercial performance.

    Integrated Campaigns & Product Launches

    • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand activations.
    • Ensure integrated messaging across PR, digital platforms, retail experiences, influencer collaborations, and community initiatives.
    • Monitor campaign performance using key metrics such as engagement, reach, conversion, and sales uplift.
    • Continuously optimize marketing initiatives to improve brand visibility and commercial performance.

    Consumer Insights & Market Intelligence

    • Analyse customer behaviour, purchase patterns, and feedback to refine messaging, campaigns, and brand positioning.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging skincare innovations to identify opportunities for brand growth.
    • Use insights to inform product development, marketing initiatives, and brand storytelling.

    Commercial & Business Impact

    • Support revenue growth by aligning brand initiatives with commercial objectives across D2C, retail, and wholesale channels.
    • Collaborate closely with Sales, Retail, and E-commerce teams to ensure brand campaigns drive demand generation.
    • Contribute insights toward product launches, promotional strategies, and marketing optimization.
    • Track and report brand performance metrics including awareness, engagement, campaign ROI, and conversion influence.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Work closely with Product Development, Sales, Digital Marketing, Retail, and Operations teams to ensure brand strategy supports business growth.
    • Provide marketing tool kits, campaign assets, and brand guidance to internal teams and external partners.
    • Act as the brand custodian, ensuring consistent brand representation across all departments and customer touchpoints.

    Requirements

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Brand Manager or Marketing Manager, preferably within beauty, skincare, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
    • Strong understanding of brand management, marketing strategy, and consumer behavior.
    • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and project management skills.
    • Strong communication and storytelling abilities.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing, social media platforms, and campaign performance analytics.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced
      environment.
