In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives that elevate brand presence, enhance customer engagement, and uphold the brand’s reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the development and execution of unparalleled brand experiences tailored for HNWIs, cultivating an atmosphere of luxury and exclusivity.
• Develop and implement innovative strategies that deepen brand loyalty and encourage repeat engagement.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a cohesive, luxurious experience across all customer touchpoints
• Create an opulent and personalized ambiance that not only meets but exceeds customer expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Brand Management, Business Administration, or related fields; an advanced degree is an advantage.
• 7+ years in brand experience, brand management, or customer experience within luxury retail, jewelry, or high-end fashion.
• Strong ability to lead, inspire, and manage a team to achieve excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on creating and maintaining lasting relationships.
• Deep understanding of the luxury market and high-net-worth clientele, with a keen sense for anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.
• A forward-thinking approach and a genuine enthusiasm for delivering luxury experiences that stand out.
