Job Summary

• We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Brand Associate to support the development and execution of brand strategies for our clients.
• This role is ideal for someone who is organized, creative, and eager to grow in the field of brand marketing.
• The Brand Associate will work closely with the Brand Manager and creative teams to bring brand ideas to life, ensuring alignment across all communication touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting brand research and gathering market insights.
• Support in the development and implementation of brand strategies.
• Help manage content calendars and coordinate marketing campaigns.
• Contribute to the creation of brand presentations and client reports.
• Track brand performance metrics and assist in analyzing data.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Monitor competitor activity and industry trends.
• Support the Brand Manager in maintaining strong client relationships.
• Coordinate and manage project timelines and deliverables.
• Ensure brand guidelines are upheld in all client materials.

Qualiications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
• 1 – 2 years’ experience in a marketing or branding-related role (internship or entry-level included).
• Strong interest in branding, marketing, and creative strategy.
• Good organizational and project management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
• Familiarity with social media and digital marketing tools is an added advantage.
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn and grow.
