Job Description

• Develop and implement a viable customer satisfaction and engagement framework, with the goal of improved service delivery and retention matrix
• Oversee the onboarding of new clients
• Generate new leads and close deals
• Responsible for the planning and execution of strategic plans across the business to achieve set corporate goals
• Responsible for business development and a continual increase in the profitability matrix
• Work with management at Group level to ensure business growth across the nation
• Ensure business and operational processes are top-notch in delivering sound health care services to registered clients
• Continually ensure all business processes are consistently effective and efficient with minimal to no downtime or service failure
• Responsible for the continual growth and profitability of the organization
• Ensure swift liaison between the registered medical outfits and signed clients
• Meeting contacts of various levels with emphasis on external relations which requires advocacy and persuasion skills
• Provide solutions to problems which lack clear definition especially where there are no guidelines and precedents; and requires strategic thinking.
• Lead the shaping and development of innovative models of integrated care across the company
• Maximize opportunities for innovation to provide seamless and high-quality patient care across acute and out-of-hospital services.

Requirements

• Must reside in Port-Harcourt
• A degree in Management, Marketing or any relevant discipline
• Minimum of 4 years work experience in similar role with 1 year in a management position
• Proven experience in interfacing between the organization and medical outfits
• Ability to multitask
• Certification or professional membership of Health management and health insurance related bodies is an added advantage
