Branch Manager at The Label Store

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the branch to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Supervise, train, and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and maintain excellent customer service.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and coordinate with procurement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and standard operating procedures.
• Prepare and present performance and sales reports to management.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and customer-friendly store environment.
• Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally to maintain brand reputation.
• Liaise with suppliers, manage vendor relationships, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and ensure continuous staff development.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum of B.Sc or HND in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 10–15 years proven experience in a managerial role within a supermarket, retail chain, or FMCG environment.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and customer service.
• Ability to drive sales, manage staff, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
