Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth workflow and excellent customer service.
• Lead, motivate, and manage staff to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
• Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels, coordinating with procurement to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Implement and enforce company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports to management.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Ensure visual merchandising and store layout meet company standards to enhance customer shopping experience.
• Coordinate staff training and performance evaluations.
• Manage cash handling, reconciliations, and expense control to prevent losses.
• Represent the branch in management meetings and contribute ideas for business growth.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 5-10 years work experience.
