    Branch Manager

    Global Profilers is a Recruitment & HR Services firm specialised in recruitment in Africa; we are currently recruiting for the role of a Branch Manager for our client, who are one the leading engineering company, electrical infrastructures, industrial equipment.
    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Achieve Sales Target assigned for Branch / Region
    • Assign and direct all work performed in the branch and supervise all areas of operations
    • Manage, train, coach and mentor employees.
    • Develop and forecast the branch's sales plans and financial objectives while meeting sales targets and metrics.
    • Manage Branch budget and allocate funds appropriately.
    • Generate and submit reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annually basis of the branch's performance
    • Prepares financial statements and analysis for branch
    • Manages and supervises department employees; responsible for day-to-day supervision and leadership
    • Maintains and oversees all banking procedures and processes
    • Overseeing approvals of loans, lines of credit, and other fiscal plans
    • Assisting with customer service and satisfaction
    • Records and researches all financial information for analysis
    • Oversees budget reports, preparation of budgets, and analysis of budgets
    • Documents and interprets complicated financial information for bank clients
    • Advises on procedures and financial management as well as developing policies
    • Oversees financial reports for taxes, regulatory agencies, and other financial groups relating to branch finance
    • Forecasts and plans according to fiscal needs


    • Outstanding knowledge of various competitors’ products
    • Strong planning and strategic abilities
    • Excellent negotiation and convincing skills
    • Excellent Leadership skills, must be able to evaluate how sales staff performs and must develop strategies for meeting sales goals
    • Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels, including people-management, leadership and both written and verbal communication skills
    • Encouraging team and staff; able to mentor and lead
    • Eager to expand branch with new accounts, clients, and businesses
    • Experienced at compiling and following strict budgets
    • Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge
    • Strong aptitude for numbers, spreadsheets, and financial reports
    • Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
    • In-depth understanding of branch bank and its position in the industry
    • Accurate and precise attention to details
    • Ability to manage employees, while multitasking large projects

    Minimum Requirements

    • Graduate, Business Administration or equivalent. B.E-Electrical / Mechanical would be preferred.
    • Min 10-15 years of experience in the sales field of Generators / Industrial Products etc
