Job Summary

• As part of our expansion, we are seeking experienced, result-oriented, and highly motivated individuals to join our team as Branch Managers.
• The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing branch operations, driving sales performance, managing team productivity, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction in line with the company’s standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage branch sales and marketing activities
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
• Supervise and mentor sales teams for optimal performance
• Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
• Prepare and submit periodic performance reports

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate, sales, or business management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Target-driven with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: N150,000 – N300,000 monthly
