    Branch Expansion Manager

     Role Description

    • This is a fulltime, onsite role for a Branch Expansion Manager located in Lagos. The Branch Expansion Manager will oversee branch development strategies, conduct market research to identify viable opportunities, lead and coordinate expansion projects, and ensure alignment with company objectives. The role involves active collaboration with crossfunctional teams, managing operations related to new branches, and contributing to the company’s growth through effective leadership

    Job Purpose

    • Lead Alert Group’s branch network expansion strategy by identifying highpotential commercial locations and coordinating crossfunctional rollout activities to ensure new branches are delivered on time, compliant, fully equipped, and ready for business.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Commercial Location Identification
    • Lead market research to identify viable expansion sites
    • Evaluate locations using demographic, competitive, and economic data
    • Present business cases and expansion recommendations to the Group CEO
    • Branch Activation & Operational Readiness
    • Develop structured project plans (Gantt charts) for branch setup
    • Coordinate IT, HR, Admin, and Operations for seamless rollout
    • Track progress, resolve risks, and ensure launch readiness
    • CrossFunctional Leadership & Governance
    • Drive accountability across teams
    • Provide status updates, risks, and mitigation reports to the Group CEO
    • Maintain disciplined project governance
    • Market Intelligence & Field Support
    • Maintain strong knowledge of regional markets and commercial drivers
    • Conduct prelaunch and postlaunch site visits
    • Support branch teams during activation phases
    • Documentation & Continuous Improvement
    • Capture lessons learned,Improve rollout standards, templates, and playbooks.

    Requirements

    • 7–10+ years’ experience in commercial expansion, network rollout, or largescale project delivery.
    • Proven ability to manage multilocation rollouts
    • Strong knowledge of Nigeria’s commercial environment
    • Willingness to travel extensively
