Branch Coordinator at Coscharis Group

Summary:

Coordinate all activities in the region, so as to achieve individual, branch and regional budgeted targets.

Responsibilities:

Business Development:

• Oversee the business development of the region to ensure that regional targets are achieved.
• Management of region’s receivable’s so as to ensure prompt payments.
• Ensure proper management of all contracts in the region.

Operations:

• Coordinate operations activity of region so as to enhance efficiency of service.
• Ensure adherence to operations policies and procedures in all transactions and activities in the branch.
• Coordinate and manage all the staff in the branch so as to achieve team work and staff engagement.
• Ensure staff discipline and strict adherence to Sixt DNA.
• Ensure minimal down time on target
• Achieve targeted utilization level.
• Drive customer satisfaction strategy and faultless services at all times.
• Ensure cost effective maintenance culture and minimal number of vehicles in the workshop on target for the branch.
• Ensure prompt and accurate performance reporting {Weekly /Monthly)

Strategy:

Come up with growth strategies and dynamics to drive growth with Implementation after necessary approval

Branch Budgeting.

To undertake such other Duties as Required and Commensurate with the Grade and job title

Requirements

• HND/BSC in relevant field
• Higher Qualification is an added advantage
• Professional Certificate in Fleet Management
• 6 years cognate experience, of which 3 years must be in fleet management field
• Business development experience is an added advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
• Analytical Skills
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
