Role Description

• The Bookstore Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bookstore. This includes managing inventory, ensuring a positive customer experience, driving sales, supervising staff, and maintaining organized store displays. The manager will implement effective retail strategies, monitor store performance, and foster a welcoming environment for employees and customers alike. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gandu Albasa.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service skills, including the ability to provide a welcoming and helpful experience for all patrons
• Proficiency in Inventory Management and maintaining an organized stock system
• Experience in Sales, including achieving targets and upselling opportunities
• Proven expertise in Store Management and overseeing daily retail operations
• Knowledge of Retail best practices and trends
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Experience in the book industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred
