Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Bookstore Assistant Intern located in Lagos. The Bookstore Assistant Intern will be responsible for assisting with daily bookstore operations, including inventory management, customer service, and sales support. Other tasks include organizing book displays, managing online orders, and helping with promotional events. The intern will also contribute to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for customers.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and sales support
• Ability to organize and manage online orders and promotional events
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with e-commerce platforms
• Passion for books and reading
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in a retail or bookstore environment is a plus
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in a relevant field
