Bookkeeper at Uleval Technology

Job Summary

• We are looking for a bookkeeper whose role is to meticulously record, track, and maintain business's daily financial transactions, including sales, purchases, expenses, and payroll, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date in ledgers.
• You will manage accounts payable/receivable, reconcile bank statements, process invoices, and prepare financial statements (like profit/loss) for accountants, acting as the foundation for a company's financial health.

Key Responsibilities

• Transaction Recording: Entering daily financial data (income, expenses, payments) into accounting software or ledgers.
• Accounts Payable/Receivable: Managing bills to be paid (AP) and invoices to be sent and collected (AR).
• Bank Reconciliation: Matching internal records with bank statements to find and fix discrepancies.
• Payroll: Processing employee payments and related records.
• Financial Reporting: Preparing essential statements like Profit & Loss and Balance Sheets for business owners and accountants.
• Cash Flow Monitoring: Keeping an eye on money coming in and going out.
• Tax Preparation Support: Organizing records and providing data for tax time, though they typically don't file taxes themselves.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with 3 - 10 years of work experience.
