    Book Editor Intern

    Role Summary

    • We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Book Editor Intern with a passion for storytelling, educational development, and visual appeal. 
    • The ideal candidate will support the editing and publishing of academic and professional books, course manuals, and training resources.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Proofread, edit, and format manuscripts, eBooks, and training manuals.
    • Collaborate with authors and academic teams to ensure clarity, coherence, and alignment with TSM’s editorial standards.
    • Assist in the layout and basic design of books using graphic tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe InDesign).
    • Support the self-publishing and distribution process on platforms such as Amazon KDP and others.
    • Ensure all outputs are grammatically accurate, engaging, and aligned with TSM’s mission.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 3 years work experience.
    • Strong command of English grammar and structure.
    • Background or experience in editing, creative writing, publishing, or communication.
    • Basic design skills using Canva, Adobe InDesign, or other editing software.
    • Keen attention to detail and the ability to work with deadlines.
    • Passion for educational content and leadership development.
