Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and support the implementation of BOAT programs across partner hospitals
Monitor program activities and track performance indicators
Collect, analyze, and report data to measure program impact
Prepare timely reports for internal teams and stakeholders
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare partners
Ensure compliance with program guidelines and quality standards
Identify gaps and recommend improvements to strengthen program delivery
