Billing Support Engineer

Job Summary
- Responsible for managing telecom billing operations, ensuring accurate and timely billing (real-time and monthly) on the Oracle BRM platform, and resolving billing issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and monitor billing processes and cycles
- Resolve billing issues, tickets, and unrated CDRs
- Manage customer data, rates, discounts, and commissions
- Ensure system uptime and support integrations
- Work with vendors on issue resolution and system upgrades
Requirements
- B.Tech, B.Sc., or HND in Computer Science or related field
- 2–4 years’ telecom billing experience Strong knowledge of telecom billing processes
- Experience with Oracle BRM, Oracle DB (10g–12c), MySQL
- Proficient in Linux, Windows, and MS tools
