Billing and Revenue Officer at BAT Computer Technologies

Job Summary

• We are looking for a Billing and Revenue Officer to handle the billing and customer invoicing for all products. Managing the revenue collection with payment cycle.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Collate all Customer billing information from all relevant parties.
• Create invoice for all customers within the billing cycle.
• Provide weekly reports to the Line Manager on all customer payment.
• Ensure all taxes and applicable fees are captured in the Invoice.
• Maintain accurate information on customers, billing cycles and payments.
• Contact customers to ensure payments are made as at when due.
• Monitor and manage customer billing and invoice payments.
• Act as the main point of contact for addressing any inquiries and questions related to financial operations.
• Provide ideas on how to improve revenue recovery.
• Make inputs to the Service level Agreements with the customers.

Requirements
Qualification:

• First Degree or its equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 2 - 4 years’ experience in similar finance operations role, experience in ICT is a plus.

Other Requirements:

• Basic Finance Operations and Accounts knowledge and experience
• Good knowledge of customer billing and invoicing
• Strong Oral and Written Communication Skills
• Relationship Management experience
• Knowledge of Finance Statement and Finance reporting skills
• Good knowledge of excel.
