Bids & Tender Coordinator – Oil & Gas Industry at EBENCO Group

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate end-to-end tendering and bid submission processes
• Identify and track tender opportunities across relevant platforms and clients
• Prepare, compile, review, and submit technical and commercial bid documents
• Liaise with internal departments to obtain required documentation and technical inputs
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, timelines, and company standards
• Maintain bid databases, tender records, and submission trackers
• Support proposal development, pricing coordination, and document control processes
• Assist in developing winning bid strategies and presentation materials

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related discipline
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in bids, tenders, proposals, or contract administration
• Experience within the Oil & Gas or related industry is an added advantage
• Strong knowledge of tendering procedures and bid documentation
• Excellent writing, coordination, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management tools
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines effectively
