Beauty Advisor at Neutriherbs Cosmetics Limited

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and control all company social media handles (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries and follow up to close sales across all platforms
• Collaborate with logistics officers to stay updated on stock levels and ensure smooth order processing
• Offer professional skincare and product recommendations tailored to individual skin types
• Report regularly to the CEO via the Managing Director
• Train and support merchandisers in customer service and sales techniques
• Conduct regular visits to B2B outlets to support and boost sales performance
• Monitor merchandiser activity and performance, offering guidance and feedback
• Recruit, engage, and manage relationships with beauty influencers and social media ambassadors
• Carry out other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Proven knowledge of skincare and strong familiarity with various skin types
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Solid understanding of beauty and skincare trends
• Social media savvy with the ability to create engaging content and build online communities
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Sales-focused mindset with a drive to meet and exceed targets
• Previous experience in beauty, skincare, or cosmetics is a plus
