• Ensure all dishes meet the hotel’s standards for taste, quality, and presentation.
• Conduct regular checks on food supplies and inventory.

Team Coordination:

• Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during service.
• Train and supervise junior kitchen staff in grilling techniques and safety procedures.

Health and Safety Compliance

• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation   practices.
•  Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Customer Interaction

• Occasionally engage with guests to understand their preferences and gather feedback.
