Bartender / Barman at Mopheth Group

About the Role

• We are looking for a skilled and energetic Barman to join our hospitality team in Ikate, Lagos.
• The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience mixing drinks, engaging with guests, and maintaining a vibrant bar atmosphere.
• Proximity to Ikate is a key requirement due to the nature of the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
• Create classic and innovative cocktails with attention to detail and presentation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Monitor inventory and restock bar supplies as needed
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / OND
• 1 to 2 years of proven experience as a Barman or Bartender
• Knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and bar equipment
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure
• Must reside near or within easy commuting distance to Ikate, Lagos.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000/month.
