Barman / Bartender at Mopheth Group

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes.
• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take beverage orders directly from customers or wait staff.
• Check customer identification to verify legal drinking age.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and equipment.
• Monitor and manage inventory, restock bar supplies, and report shortages.
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and alcohol service laws.
• Create new drink recipes and suggest specials to guests.
• Deal with customer issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Work with other team members to ensure smooth service operations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a barman or bartender.
• Knowledge of a wide range of drink recipes and beverage trends.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Basic math and cash handling skills.
• Physical stamina for long shifts and standing for extended periods.
• Must meet legal age requirements for serving alcohol.
