Job Description

• We are in need of highly artistic and articulate Barbers who are able to decently express their skills through the aesthetics of their handwork while responding positively and accurately to the needs and demands of the client.

Key Responsibilities

• Cutting, trimming, styling, and grooming customers’ hair;
• Consulting with clients to understand their preferences and recommending appropriate styles or treatments;
• Creating a comfortable and friendly atmosphere during services.
• Offering advice and guidance on styles and products;
• Managing appointments and client records;
• Maintaining a clean and sanitized workspace.
• Staying informed about new styles and techniques, and ordering supplies in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Candidate should possess an HND / OND or SSCE qualification with 1 or 2 years of experience.
• Completing a formal training program is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal Skills.
• Proficiency in cutting, styling, and using various tools (clippers, scissors, razors, etc.) is essential.
• Awareness of hygiene protocols and proper sanitation procedures.
• Good and demonstrable level of creativity and style.

Additional Information:

• We are looking for high flyers with a proactive and results-oriented approach, together with a strong work ethic. They must be self-motivated and disciplined and be able to work with little or no supervision.
• Interested applicants should also possess excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Salary and Benefit

• N80,000 - N120,000 / Month plus target allowance.
