Job Responsibilities
This role will involve the following:
- Transaction posting
- Handling and closing department related member support tickets
- Monitoring daily transaction operations and escalating/addressing potential issues when they arise
- Daily Report Creation and Monitoring for Operations Processes
- Addressing requests received from Banking partners
- Escalating requests to Banking partners
- Completing administrative tasks
- Assisting with card ordering, reissues, and expedites
- Assisting with POS ordering and expedites
- Recording daily metrics
- Submitting weekly required reports.
Experience & Personal Specification
- Minimum of Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years of experience in banking operations / customer experience
- Exceptional organizational and administrative skills.
