Job Description 

• A Bakery Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a bakery, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, managing staff, and ensuring that products are made to the highest standards.
• They supervise the production of baked goods, manage stock levels, and ensure that all equipment and facilities are kept in good working order.

Duties

• Plan and organise the production, storage and dispatch of bakery products
• Ensure that Health and Safety requirements are maintained
• Monitor staff performance, house keeping, providing feedback and guidance
• Production of Bread and Cake
• Keep up to date with new products and baking techniques
• Order ingredients, equipment and supplies
• Manage staff roster, off daysand holidays
• Maintain accurate records and paperwork
• Assist in developing and implementing quality assurance procedures.

Requirements / Qualifications

• OND, HND, B.Sc in relevant field of Study.
• 1 - 3 years experience in Bakery Supervision.
• Ability to motivate and lead a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Ability to manage stock and ordering
• Hands-on experience with baking equipment
• Baking Skills and strong passion for Documentation.
