    Bakery Sales Executive- Ijebu Ode

    Job Competency Requirement

    • Ability to plan, prospect, introduce, develop new relationships and achieve the daily and monthly sales targets ensuring complete and proper coverage of the allocated area/outlets for the bakery.
    • Ability to drive new innovative sales processes and strategies in line with the Bakery’s long-term plans. Develop sales and distribution plan: identify and establish business relationships with new clients and introduce the full range of Bakery products to existing clients.
    • Ability to monitor customer satisfaction, handle complaints in such a way that customer satisfaction is ensured and conduct customer satisfaction surveys monthly.
    • Ability to continuously conduct dealer surveys while capturing relevant market intelligence & identify the existing and new routes and its development in accordance with company norms.
    • Ability to drive sales volume development through continuous route and retail outlet identification.
    • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and competence in every customer interaction, in implementing trade promotions and marketing activities that relate to routes and customers.
    • Make frequent retailer/customer calls and visits to build/strengthen positive and productive relationships with retailers/customers.
    • Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly activity report detailing the competitors’ activities; as well as any other information required by the Company.

    Qualifications Requirements

    • OND/HND/BSc. in Sales and Marketing or related qualification with at least 3 Years relevant experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods sector;
    • Candidates with Bakery/Baking products/Confectionery sales experience will have an added advantage.
    • Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical and good reporting skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel & PowerPoint;
    • Self-driven and ability to work with minimal supervision.
    • Applicant must live within Ijebu-Ode and its environ
