Bakery Assistant at IDMANN Institute

Job Summary

• We are seeking hardworking and reliable Bakery Assistants to support daily baking and production activities.
• The ideal candidate will assist bakers in preparing, baking, packaging, and maintaining cleanliness in the bakery while following hygiene and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of baking ingredients and dough
• Support baking, packaging, and labeling of bakery products
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the bakery area
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards
• Assist with cleaning of equipment and work surfaces
• Support inventory handling and storage of raw materials
• Carry out other bakery-related tasks as assigned

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of FSLC / SSCE
• Previous bakery or food production experience (an advantage, not compulsory)
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
• Willingness to work early mornings and shifts
• Honest, punctual, and hardworking

Added Advantage:

• Experience in bread, pastry, or confectionery production
• Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety.
