Bakery Assistant (Bread Production) at Lagos State University (LASU)

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and production of bread.
• Measure and prepare ingredients as directed.
• Clean and maintain bakery equipment and work areas.
• Support the Baker in daily bread production activities.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSCE) or its equivalent.
• Prior experience in a bakery or food production environment will be an added advantage.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Good personal hygiene and attention to detail.
• Willingness and ability to work on shift duty, including early morning, late evening, and weekend shifts, as may be required.
