Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
• Present and promote products/services to prospective clients through meetings, presentations, and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools.
• Provide feedback to management on market conditions, competitor activities, and customer insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in B2B sales or account management.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with decision-makers.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
• Willingness to travel as required
