Job Description

• Establish and maintain partnership relations with telco and banks in NIGERIA, including but not limited: MTN, Airtel, Globacom, etc,. and other financial institutions.
• Promote relations with the authority (NCC) and central bank institutions, and promote the coverage of mobile payment networks; Assist proceeding the communication and payment license from the authorities.
• Investigate the qualifications of various local financial licenses and complete the application plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or above, major in marketing/ business is preferred, familiar with mobile payment market in NIGERIA and Africa;
• 3 years experience in business development related to mobile payment industry, familiar with mobile payment operations; worked in mobile payment companies for more than one year.
• Good ability on establishing partnership with the financial institutions and telco, knowledge of the procedure to cooperate with them; good language expression ability and business negotiation ability;
• Mobile payment business, strong sense of responsibility, familiar with mobile payment related policies and regulations.
