Automotive Tele Sales Supervisor

POSITION SUMMARY

The Automotive Tele-sales Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing the our tele-sales team to maximize lead conversion, showroom appointments, test drives, and vehicle sales.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise, coach, and motivate the Automotive Tele-sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Conduct daily team briefings and performance reviews.
- Ensure all customer inquiries are contacted within the agreed SLA.
- Monitor lead distribution and assignment.
- Analyze conversion rates at every stage of the sales funnel.
- Ensure all customer interactions are accurately recorded in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the Marketing Department regarding lead generation campaigns.
- Ensure smooth handover of qualified leads to Sales Consultants.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferable.
- 4-7 years of experience in automotive sales or tele-sales.
- At least 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Experience with CRM systems and lead management.
- Strong understanding of dealership operations.
