Do you have the leadership drive, technical expertise, and operational discipline to run a high-performing automobile workshop?

We’re seeking an experienced Automobile Workshop Manager to oversee our Lagos service center. The ideal candidate will bring deep mechanical/technical knowledge, strong people management skills, and the ability to grow customer trust and workshop revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day workshop operations including diagnostics, servicing, repairs, and quality control.
• Supervise technicians and service advisors to ensure efficiency and high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate spare parts availability with the inventory team to avoid delays.
• Drive workshop productivity, first-time-fix rate, and revenue growth.
• Ensure compliance with OEM repair standards and safety regulations.

Requirements

• HND/BSc in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 –7years’ experience in a professional automobile workshop, with at least 2 years, successfully running the workshop for profit.
• Strong technical skills in diagnostics, engine repair, electrical systems, and multi-brand servicing.
• Ability to lead technicians, manage customer issues, and drive workshop KPIs.
• Familiarity with workshop management software and diagnostic tools
