AutoCAD Operator - Electrical LV Panels at Compass Power Solutions Limited

Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled AutoCAD Operator with strong expertise in low voltage (LV) electrical panel design.
• The ideal candidate will have experience in drafting and developing detailed layouts, control schematics, and power distribution diagrams for LV electrical panele used in industrial and commercial applications. 

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate AutoCAD drawings for LV power and control panels (MCC, DB, ATS, Synchronization, etc.).
• Design and modify control circuit diagrams, single-line diagrams (SLD) and power distribution layouts
• Interpret and implement specifications from project documentation and technical data sheets.
• Collaborate with electrical engineers to develop panel designs according to IEC
• Optimize space and layout for efficient wiring and ease of manufacturing.
• Ensure drawings are aligned with electrical load lists, BOQs, and panel schedules.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D) with at least 3 - 5 years of experience in electrical panel design.
• Strong understanding of control systems, protection components, and LV switchgear.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring schematics, and SLDs.
• Familiarity with standards such as IEC 61439, and knowledge of common components (ABB, Schneider, Siemens, etc.).
