Auto Sales Executive - 2 & 3 Wheelers at Simba Group

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets for 2W & 3W products
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to foster repeat business and referrals.
• Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to sales team members.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our 2W & 3W models.
• Assist customers in selecting the most suitable motorbike based on their needs, preferences, and budget.
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding pricing, financing options, warranties, and after-sales services.
• Negotiate sales contracts and terms with customers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Coordinate with the sales manager and finance department to facilitate the completion of sales transactions.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, products, and competitors to remain competitive in the market.
• Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
