Auto Manager

Description
- Oversee routine maintenance and repairs for all company vehicles, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to extend vehicle lifespan.
- Ensure all repairs and services are completed to industry standards.
- Monitor vehicle performance and diagnose mechanical issues.
- Lead and manage a team of mechanics, technicians, and service staff.
- Develop and manage the auto maintenance budget, controlling costs for repairs, parts, and labor.
- Maintain inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring availability when needed.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers, vendors, and service providers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Fleet Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years in auto maintenance fleet management, or a related field.
- Available to resume within 2 weeks.
