Our client is an international food and beverage company with stores across various cities in Nigeria.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develops and implements schedules for the purpose of ensuring efficient and effective kitchen operations
• Prepares food and beverage items for the purpose of meeting mandated nutritional and projected meal requirements.
• Inspects food items to verify quantity, quality and specifications of orders in compliance with mandated health standards.
• Monitors kitchen area for the purpose of ensuring a safe and sanitary working environment

REQUIREMENTS

• B.Sc./OND in food science, food technology or a related field
• 3+ years’ experience working as a Production Manager or Assistant Production manager
• Excellent communication (Verbal and Written) skills
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills
• Salary budget: 150,000 – 200,000
