We are looking for driven passionate problem solvers and self-starters to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting product data, doing customer research, coordinating with stakeholders, and developing new product features.
What you'll do:
Work with Traction commercial services team, internal operations and technology/developers, stakeholders and engineering teams to create all project-related documents containing scope goals, deliverables, required resources and schedule
Run Traction’s Agile design and engineering processes, including roadmap and backlog management, sprint planning, standups, sprint demos and retrospectives and more
Manage product documentation and requirements using Jira and other required tools to ensure docs and tickets have clear acceptance criteria, are up to date and aligned to the outcomes under management
Work hand-in-hand with Traction clients, designers and developers to define product technical requirements and build delivery plans, including resourcing breakdowns
Be accountable for project results, schedule margins, budget and deliverables
Be accountable for preparing your team for client status presentations, review meetings, UAT sessions, delivery acceptance
Produce estimates required for each task in collaboration with commercial services, design, DevOps, QA and other teams
Keep an eye out for risk from all angles throughout the entirety of the product life cycle and be an effective problem solver
Prepare effective written correspondence and present information to client and internal stakeholders.
What you'll need:
Bachelor's Degree
Experience and results as a product manager or similar role
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
Perceptive and a fast learner: you’re able to quickly understand the technology that powers Traction Apps, and able to help customers achieve their goals, even if they’re unable to articulate those goals
A positive, polite, confident, sincere, and friendly disposition
The ability to solve problems and to think quickly on your feet
Flexibility – we’re growing and evolving, and you’ll need to come along for the ride
