Associate Product Growth Manager at The Concept Group

About the role

• You’ll support the Product Growth Manager in executing growth strategies, working under close mentorship while learning product management fundamentals and delivering measurable results.

What you’ll do

• Conduct customer interviews and surveys, and compile feedback for analysis
• Track competitors and market trends, and prepare market summaries
• Compile monthly KPIs (adoption, retention, revenue, satisfaction) and build performance dashboards
• Coordinate stakeholders, prepare meeting agendas, and document action items
• Maintain product roadmap documentation and track feature delivery.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
• 2+ years in market research, business analysis, or product support (financial services experience is a plus)
• Strong Excel skills: data entry, basic analysis, and charts
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and clear written and presentation skills
• Well organized, curious, and coachable
• Familiarity with agile methodologies is an advantage.
