    Associate

    Job Description

    • Represent clients in court
    • Deal with all matters concerning land/title registration at the Lands Registry Office and the CAC (as applicable) e.g. perfection of Deeds of Assignment, Deeds of Legal Mortgage and Deed of Mortgage Debenture
    • Conduct searches at CAC, Lands Registry and other regulatory agencies
    • Advice client on real estate and probate related matters.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess a BL / LLB / JD with 1 - 3 years work experience.
