JOB DESCRIPTION

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing the investor relations strategy and communications plan.
• Prepare and update investor presentations, quarterly reports, and other communication materials.
• Respond to investor inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and investor feedback to inform strategic decisions.
• Maintain an up-to-date investor database and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Support the fundraising process by preparing marketing materials and participating in roadshows.
• Assist in organizing and executing investor events, such as annual general meetings and investor forums.
• Contribute to the development of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) reporting and communication.
• Develop, execute, and maintain a social media plan and presence for the company to attract potential Investors.
• Responsible for website and LP portal updates as required.

JOB EXPERIENCE

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• A master’s degree or CFA is a plus.
• Passion for sustainable development and a commitment to ARM-Harith's core values.

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in investor relations, finance, or a related field, preferably in a private equity or asset management firm.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and investment concepts.
