    Associate, Enterprise Onboarding

    We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Associate, Onboarding to join our Professional Services team. In this role, you'll guide our Enterprise customers through the initial stages of their journey with our payment solutions, ensuring they are set up for success and satisfaction.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    1. Facilitate a smooth transition for customers from the point of sale to the full use of our payment solutions.
    2. Work closely with customers to understand their business needs and ensure our services are configured to meet these needs.
    3. Collaborate with our Sales and Integration teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
    4. Provide support and training to customers during the onboarding process, ensuring they understand how to effectively use our services.
    5. Address any issues or concerns that arise during the onboarding process, coordinating with the appropriate departments to resolve them swiftly.
    6. Maintain thorough records of customer interactions, documenting any problems encountered and actions taken.
    7. Contribute to the development and improvement of onboarding processes and materials.
    8. Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams, maintaining high levels of customer service throughout the onboarding process.
    9. Ensure personal information of customers, employees, and other individuals the company conducts business with is processed and protected in line with applicable data privacy policies, privacy laws, and global best practices.

    Required competency and skillset to be a waver 

    1. Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
    2. 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the payment industry.
    3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
    4. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle customer issues effectively.
    5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    6. Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
    7. Familiarity with payment solutions and technologies is a plus.
    8. English fluency and capability to manage French communication (using translation tools).
