    Associate Creative Director / Producer

    • We are looking for a talented and experienced Associate Creative Director/Producer to join our team and work closely with the Creative Director of our agency.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the creative team, overseeing the creative process and output, and ensuring the quality and consistency of our projects.

    You will be responsible for:

    • Developing and executing creative concepts and strategies for various clients and campaigns, across different media and platforms.
    • Supervising and mentoring the creative team, including copywriters, designers, animators, and editors.
    • Collaborating with the Creative Director, account managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the alignment of the creative vision and objectives.
    • Presenting and pitching creative ideas and solutions to clients and internal teams.
    • Managing the creative budget, timeline, and resources.
    • Producing and directing video content, from pre-production to post-production, including scripting, shooting, editing, and distribution.
    • Staying updated on the latest trends, best practices, and innovations in the creative industry.

    To be successful in this role, you must have:

    • A bachelor’s degree or experience in a relevant field, such as advertising, communication, or production.
    • Experience as a creative, art director, producer, or similar role in a creative agency or related industry as a plus.
    • A strong portfolio of creative work that demonstrates your skills, style, and versatility.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
    • A high level of creativity, innovation, and problem-solving ability.
    • A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to handle pressure and deadlines.
    • A passion for the creative industry and a desire to learn and grow under the mentorship of the Creative Director.
    • Knowledge of video editing software is an added advantage.
    • Copywriting skills are a plus.
