We are seeking an ambitious, vibrant, and result-oriented individual with an entrepreneurial spirit who will carry out day-to-day legal operations in line with the company's services which includes Business Advisory, Crisis Management, Debt Recovery, Commercial Law, Maritime Law, Dispute Resolution, Intellectual Property, and Consultations.Position:
Associate Counsel.Location: Ajah, Lagos.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Law
• Must be called to the Nigeria Bar
• Minimum of 5yrs' Experience in any of the above-listed areas.
• He/She is expected to have excellent communication skills(Oral and Written) and be highly independent in the execution of instructions.

JOB DESCRIPTION.

• Provision of legal advice to the managing Counsel and clients on matters.
• Developing agreements and contracts, managing policies and communications with regard to the practice.
• Perform legal research, drafting of legal documents, and follow up on court proceedings and filing
• Client relations.
• Logical Reasoning skills6. Work independently with little or no supervision
• Communication and good negotiation skill
• Litigation and advocacy.
