REQUIREMENTS
- Applicants must possess a minimum of a 2:2 Bachelor of Laws (I-LB) degree.
- At least 3-5 years post call experience as a lawyer.
- Strong commercial law background especially in the negotiation and documentation of commercial contacts.
- Strong analytical, drafting and negotiating skills.
- Strong research skills coupled with an ability to deconstruct complex legal issues to provide cogent legal advice.
- Open and Outward looking attitude.
- Strong interpersonal/communication skills.
- Ability to work confidently and stand ground with more senior managers.
- Strong commercial and pragmatic approach.
