    Assistant Supervisor – Cashew Nut Shell Liquid (CNSL)

    Job Summary:

    • We are currently looking to hire an experienced Assistant Supervisor for one of our clients in Cashew production and export, who will assist the supervisor in maintaining a structured work environment that benefits both the employees and customers.
    • You will act as a liaison between the supervisor and other staff, ensuring that procedures are being followed, while also suggesting ideas for streamlining processes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Supervise employees to help ensure efficiency and productivity.
    • Perform administrative tasks under the guidance of the supervisor, such as documenting procedures and creating guidelines.
    • Participate in company training seminars to help the company move forward.
    • Train new hires on the job once they’ve completed initial training with the supervisor.
    • Bring any employee concerns to the supervisor to ensure company morale.

    Requirements/Skills

    • Degree in Management or relevant field
    • 3-7 years experience in a Food/Manufacturing plants
    • Previous experience in Cashew processing industries is an added advantage
    • Knowledge of business practices
    • The ability to foster teamwork
    • Experience with coaching or training
    • Strong oral and written skills
    • The ability to work well with others
    • Strong leadership skills that include being a self-starter
